You are purchasing a high quality aquarium internal filter, with built in UV steriliser suitable for aquariums up to 100 litres. The addition of a UV steriliser to your aquarium can assist with water clarity by killing off algae, micro-organisms, bacteria and parasites which may cause fish diseases. This filter model has a 500l/h pump, and 5w UV steriliser built in. These internal filter can also be used alongside a main filter system purely for their UV steriliser aspect. These filters also come complete with a foam pre filter sponge, and optional venturi pipe, allowing the water returning back to the aquarium to be oxygenated if required. Both models also come complete with a UV bulb indication - allowing easy confirmation that the UV bulb is functioning and lit. Both models are also supplied with a mounting bracket and suction cups to allow secure mounting of the filter to the side of the aquarium.
